–Website Update
We are continuing to centralize our parish family communications and websites. Because our new parish family website has been launched, the individual church websites will each be archived on the internet WayBack Machine. Sacredheartseattle.org will be the first to be archived this coming week due to the fact that the contract with the host is finished. Please use www.nwseattlecatholic.org for the most up-to-date parish family information. Reach out to Ann DeVita with any questions.

–Bloodworks NW Blood Drive at Our Lady of Fatima
Patient need is exceeding donations, and our local blood supply is at emergency low levels. We urgently need steady donors this month to ensure Pacific Northwest patients have immediate access to lifesaving transfusions for cancer treatment, trauma care, and childbirth complications. If you’re feeling healthy, please consider giving blood at our next blood drive:
Monday, July 6th from 9am to 3pm
Our Lady of Fatima Parish Center

THANK YOU to all who have contributed to the 2026 Annual Catholic Appeal. Your gift helps not only our parishes but the Catholic Church across Western Washington. Here is the status for our three parishes. It’s not too late and it’s easy to donate!! Go to this link. Learn about our parish family rebate projects here.
–Sacred Heart of Jesus
A very big thank you to the Sacred Heart community—we have reached and surpassed our ACA goal of $23,381! The parish will receive the extra funds as a rebate toward our project. The current total is $33,191.
–Our Lady of Fatima
A very big thank you to the Our Lady of Fatima community—we have reached our ACA goal of $86,645! The current total is $93,045.
–St. Anne
A very big thank you to the St. Anne community—we are making steady progress but still need more help to make our goal of $82,861. If you have not yet given, please prayerfully consider it. Any amount is appreciated. The current total is $55,039.
As we continue our series on the Pope’s encyclical, we hope that all of us are noticing the times in our lives when we can choose and do choose to value the human person. Here is the fourth infographic in a series of file that offers a visual breakdown of the encyclical’s main points.
–Coffee and Donuts
At Our Lady of Fatima, there have been requests to continue Coffee and Donuts during the summer after the 9am Sunday Mass. This community service happens when there are volunteers to help with hosting, set up, and clean up. (We do not need help with ordering or picking up the treats.) If you are able to help, please call the parish office (206)283-1456 or email [email protected]. Similarly, if you are feeling called to help with the Coffee and Donut ministry at St. Anne or Sacred Heart, please contact the parish office.
–St. Martin Meal Program
This Meal Program provide meals twice a month to men at the St. Martin de Porres shelter. Volunteers do sign up in advance, but we could use some extra meals for these summer dates: July 7, July 21, August 4, and August 18. Volunteers are asked to bring 10 individually packed meals to Our Lady of Fatima’s parking lot on the scheduled Tuesdays between 4:30-5:00 PM. The requested meal is a “hearty protein” sandwich (beef, ham, turkey, chicken with sliced cheese) and extras that include small Cokes, waters, chips, snack bars, instant soups, canned fruit & veggies with pop off lids, cookies or treats. Zip locks with strawberries, pickles, olives. Can be creative! No need to sign up for these summer dates, simply come with the meals at the designated day and time.
We are dependent on our drivers to make the deliveries to St. Martin’s in the Fatima bus. We need a couple more people to do this important part just once or twice on a season (April-September & October-March). Please contact Jim for qualifications (basic) and training (very simple).
If you are interested in joining the next schedule for October-April, we will be working on it soon! Volunteers can provide meals as often as they choose. Please contact Sue and Teresa by August 1st.
Have a blessed week!
