Our Lady of Fatima, Pray for Us!
This Wednesday, May 13th, we celebrate the Feast Day of Our Lady.
Most Holy Virgin Mary, Queen of the most holy Rosary, you were pleased to appear to the children of Fatima and reveal a glorious message. We implore you, inspire in our hearts a fervent love for the recitation of the Rosary. By meditating on the mysteries of the redemption that are recalled therein may we obtain the graces and virtues that we ask, through the merits of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
Congratulations to all those in our parish family who will celebrate their First Holy Communion at Mass this weekend. May you continue to grow closer to Jesus and feel his loving presence in your lives.
Here is a photo of the 1969 Our Lady of Fatima First Holy Communion Class. One of the boys is a future pastor–can you guess which one? Look closely. Answer will be revealed next week!

–St. Vincent de Paul Society: Update from the Our Lady of Fatima Conference
Keeping a Family Housed: Through your generosity, the love of Christ reached a single mother in Magnolia. She had been facing a financial crisis because her child support unexpectedly stopped. Your donations allowed the Society of St. Vincent de Paul to assist with partial rent payments for two months, helping her family maintain stability until her income was restored. During a home visit, she shared her gratitude and relief for your support during this uncertain time.
If you are interested in joining this ministry, please email [email protected] or contact the St. Anne Parish Office.
Don’t Forget!–Donation Truck
The St. Vincent de Paul donation truck will be accepting your gently used donations on Sunday, May 31st from 9 am to 12 pm at Our Lady of Fatima. Refer to this site to see what is or is not accepted.

–USCCB to Consecrate the United States to the Sacred Heart
An Announcement from Archbishop Etienne
In June, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops will consecrate the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus in honor of the nation’s 250th anniversary. We will be sharing more information about how we as Catholics can begin (or rediscover) a devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
The livestreams of the USCCB Consecration of the US to the Sacred Heart will be on June 11. There will be local Masses honoring the Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 12. During this turbulent time in our world, it is important that we join with Catholics across the country to observe this national moment of consecrating the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Have a blessed week!
